Yet, if we want to continue evolving, alcohol is clearly not the answer.</span></p>

Normally my first “thoughts” arising from slumber are not thoughts, they are downloads from what lies beyond self. Not today though, my heavy feeling in my stomach got me to the theme of microplastic. I wondered, do people living closer to trash sites are more affected? Wow! Do you see the fear at work here and the desire to get a special treatment!</span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;"> </span></p>

It was like hearing a gong when that train of thought was leaving the station. Spirituality is about sensitivity. It’s about realizing the sponsoring theme behind every thought, feeling and action, and often, jumping off the train before it has a chance to leave the station. We need a super sensitivity to deal with that “me, myself and I” entity. It can be done.</span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;"> </span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;">Thoughts naturally quiet down when we are in the right environment: a meaningful job, the right people in our vicinity, with nature nearby. We cannot force ourselves to be still, it happens when our heart is pure, our inner pain body is let go of, and when we feel happy inside. How to get there, you might ask? Well, become super sensitive to everything you say, do, feel and even think. Listen, observe and act, and “make right”!</span></p><div><span style="font-kerning: none;"><br /></span></div>Christian Wiese, Author and Spiritual Coach, contact me at christianmwiese@yahoo.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16177324626922240094noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168216495280428429.post-88556210238390179152024-03-26T08:44:00.000-07:002024-03-26T08:44:44.937-07:00Get the self out of the Way<p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhXbtC5LVfhFpU9eZmfoGzuW7KOQaP5NO4sOkY4aLwRCIfGS3rcbkbfIkmakFAERZGjjVV1gTrZWk615enKT88_au6ta9o6OGe31Ca-k9Q3aegD2LVL__EeJZ_92y2wfOZaQwFhhyphenhyphenUg7c5WhuH8zIUuzmMwpIJoCP6Wk748bJB82JV35f4MRuU8jbQRy7mR/s1001/IMG_0383.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1001" data-original-width="1000" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhXbtC5LVfhFpU9eZmfoGzuW7KOQaP5NO4sOkY4aLwRCIfGS3rcbkbfIkmakFAERZGjjVV1gTrZWk615enKT88_au6ta9o6OGe31Ca-k9Q3aegD2LVL__EeJZ_92y2wfOZaQwFhhyphenhyphenUg7c5WhuH8zIUuzmMwpIJoCP6Wk748bJB82JV35f4MRuU8jbQRy7mR/s320/IMG_0383.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div><br /> <p></p><p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;">A friend shared the vow of his Buddhist group which sounds a bit like mission impossible: the Buddha role is unattainable, yet we vow to attain it! Spirituality is pretty easy, open your heart, open your eyes—that’s how we become aware of our own conditioning and agenda, and that’s also the way to open up to the higher prevailing energies (the Way after the Tao Te Ching). Many practice this form of spirituality, often even without thinking of themselves as particularly spiritual. Yet, how should we advice someone who strives to become the next Buddha or Christ?</span></p><p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;"> </span></p><p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;">Every quest we undertake is tainted in some way or the other. How is the new age mantra to not be an ego (that what “edges God out”) any different from the old Judeo-Christian golden rule to love your neighbor as yourself. Heart-centered love doesn’t require an inner voice choosing love over hate. Same with the Indian practice of “not, this, not that”. The chooser who acts for the Buddha nature is the same illusionary agent that stands in the way of Oneness. Tenacious meditation to quiet the mind also doesn’t work. It’s like pushing a basketball under water. It’s bound to pop back up.</span></p><p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;"> </span></p><p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;">J. Krishnamurti and David Bohm summed up our problem statement beautifully (1975 dialogues, talk 7 out of 12, available on YouTube) when they concluded that thought and conditioning once defined a center conveniently defined as self, and then forgot that thought created it in the first place, yet, using every pleasurable thought of this illusionary entity to strengthen it, and every painful experience as further reasoning to defend it. How to crack it open? It takes vast honesty and sensitivity to get to the root cause of this illusionary center and help dissolving it.</span></p><p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;"> </span></p><p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;">The seeker is the sought-after! It’s not about giving up the elusive quest, it’s about the insight that Truth is a pathless land and that the quest itself is illusionary. It’s not that hard to see without a center, that’s what the Zen tradition is all about. I lose the center when I get lost in the view of swaying trees or see beautiful people. It’s not hard to open up to heart-centered energy either—feel the love and the mind quiets down naturally. As far as the still mind is concerned, downloads do that, just as much as being one with workings of the Way. Being a Buddha is hard, losing the self not so much.</span></p><div><span style="font-kerning: none;"><br /></span></div>Christian Wiese, Author and Spiritual Coach, contact me at christianmwiese@yahoo.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16177324626922240094noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168216495280428429.post-65330399047185418372024-03-26T03:15:00.000-07:002024-03-26T03:15:05.532-07:00Do the inner work now!<p> <span style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 20px;">Maybe there is reincarnation—a gradual evolution of our soul. After all, I have friends who credibly remember past-time episodes, and they are getting lighter as they put the pain of the past away. Yet, hoping that the break-through will happen in a later life as supposedly currently the wounds are too deep, the guilt too heavy, and the age is too advanced to break free is clearly the self talking. Our linear mind loves gradual self improvement so that we put ourselves into a trance running after a Fata Morgana that we will never reach.</span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;"> </span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;">The first break with the mind generated enlightenment story that argues that we better sit at the feet of the master so that after years of diligent work we also get a seat at the table is the realization that the Light always shines through. We may occasionally block the vision with our self-imposed fancies but when we experience the Light it shines as brightly for us as for anyone. So, the reminder is that we already are of the Light, we just have to be mindful to get our self out of the Way.</span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;"> </span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;">For me the breakthrough happened when it became clear to me that the way to the Light is through the self. The higher energies make themselves known the moment the mind becomes still, and our heart and eyes become wide open. As the 13</span><span style="font-kerning: none; font-size: 16.67px;">th</span><span style="font-kerning: none;"> century monk Meister Eckhart put it, “God is like a person who clears His throat while hiding.” So all we have to do is to be still and listen. Everyone can do that. I have been blessed to experience these higher energies—as countless others—since my Awakening in 2008.</span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;"> </span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;">The question remains how do we get our self out of the Way when the conditions of the past, the energies of the culture we are imbedded in, and the ghosts of prior generations block the incoming Light. Naturally we are all so different so we need to find our idiosyncratic ways of dealing with the interferences. For me it’s self introspection. What is the sponsoring thought behind what I am thinking, feeling and experiencing? The malaise you feel is essentially an invite to face yourself. No one can help you with that but you.</span></p>

Because we feel the universal energy calling out, or because we don’t want to sit alone with ourselves? Is helping others because we feel the love, or we want to eradicate the guilt that is for some reason buried deep inside? Are we teaching because we have insights to share, or do we desire to be looked up to?</span></p>

As the saying goes, the obstacle is the Way. Yet, when we appear stuck in time there is only one sensible reason, we are unwilling to look in the mirror and face ourselves and the moment we do the break-through appears. Do you feel stuck right now? What a marvelous opportunity to get the self out of the Way.</span></p>

Perhaps my proudest moments were ten years ago when I had both feet in the professional life, was a newly minted dad and also found the time to write spiritual books in my spare time. The occasional dark night of the soul tried communicating that not all was kosher, but I took this down as little periods of exhaustion from working too hard.</span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;"> </span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;">The Hindus contrast three energy states in the Bhagavad Gita, tamas, rajas and sattva. Tamas is the lowest, the dull, restless and conflicted, rajas is the expressed energy, and in the highest form can be the noble path of passion and purpose, and then sattva is the purest state altogether, the cessation of self; Awareness in short. As mentioned, I was always quite content with the state I was in, seekers love it it when you manage to express passion and purpose and when you manage to lead others on a similar path.</span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;"> </span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;">Alas, there was depression and conflicted energy in me which got conveniently pushed under the carpet in the spiritual quest. Awakening is non-linear, it’s not even a process to speak of, it’s just a series of here and now that extend as long as we are around. All interferences to “self-less” living are brutally exposed, so that it appears that we are taking a step back instead. In my case, I realized that the craving to be “no-body” was in fact a hidden quest to be somebody. The journey of passion and purpose was an inner conflict instead.</span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;"> </span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;">There is no process. The perceived interferences and apparent inner conflicts are wake-up calls to step out of them by unmasking our psychological self at work. Specifically, I have stopped writing spiritual books and understand now that these books write themselves instead. There is no desire to impress anyone, only the desire to connect with the friends who find my insights helpful on their journeys. Let’s stop classifying people, the opportunity to connect with the higher energies is always here and now. We neither take a stop forward or backward, we realize that the step is the Way.</span></p><div><span style="font-kerning: none;"><br /></span></div>Christian Wiese, Author and Spiritual Coach, contact me at christianmwiese@yahoo.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16177324626922240094noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168216495280428429.post-19976674925887848792024-03-22T03:58:00.000-07:002024-03-22T03:58:12.567-07:00What’s the sponsoring thought?<p> <span style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 20px;">Spirituality is non-linear. Someone may have both feet in life and in one massive break-through, or more accurately, in one massive breaking free, achieves heights that a spiritual seeker seemingly doesn’t reach in years. But then, this transformation happened deep in the subconscious and therefore we don’t need to concern ourselves much with it.</span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;"> </span></p>
<p style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-family: Helvetica; font-feature-settings: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-size-adjust: none; font-size: 20px; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-kerning: none;">How can the earnest seeker have this breakthrough today rather than spending even more years finding the elusive peace, love and empowerment that everyone talks about. The answer lies in seeing the motivation at work. The hunt for enlightenment is—for many, not all— the search to be a “no-body” when in reality we aspire to be somebody.</span></p>

(…) The transition I talk about is from spiritual insight, revelation, spiritual awakening (…) to the letting go and dissolution of self.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 15pt;">Adyashanti <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 15pt;">The other day I stated in a discussion forum that everything we face in life is designed to help us lose this illusionary self and connect with a higher dimension of being to which one participant replied that the concept of no-self was the ultimate spiritual by-passing. I was taken aback. I thought that’s what we are all after in the spiritual community. How can we make this cessation of self a fact and not another lofty spiritual concept? By being mindful, by closely examining our agenda and seeing it interact with life as is. Ramana Maharshi summed it up best, the wisdom of the Bible can be communicated one sentence, “Be still and know I Am That I Am”. <o:p></o:p></span></p>Christian Wiese, Author and Spiritual Coach, contact me at christianmwiese@yahoo.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16177324626922240094noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168216495280428429.post-20822582509225099272024-03-20T00:12:00.000-07:002024-03-20T00:12:44.898-07:00The next step in the evolution of humanity <p> <span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 15pt;">Chess-masters do not mind the fact that they are powerless against AI, given that their status and potency is measured facing another human being. There will be pockets of professions that are immune to the advance of technological progress. For millions of others a lot will change though. Maybe there will be a handful of specialists who work together with AI to provide the best services to humanity, but countless others will feel outdated, outmatched by the power of nearly infinite computing power. How will they feel and what will they do? Actually, we had a taste of that period in Ancient Greece thanks to the life-supporting climate and the work of slaves. The ruling class spent its time in part partying and drinking, in part philosophizing and researching, and in part doing both.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 15pt;">The transition to the higher mode of consciousness is underway. If anything, the troubles of war, ecological struggle, cultural tensions and the absurdities of capitalism are signposts of the impending change. It’s not easy to let go of eons of conditioning but transcending them we must. The old model of “me, myself and I” is dying and what replaces it is only in appearance selfless living—it is the cessation of self altogether. It’s a joining of a stream of Consciousness that has always been around, but few had the powers to join these higher frequencies. This is changing now, and those who manage to connect are bound to make the joining of others much easier. I am not losing sleep over the question whether AI will ever be able to join this stream. In Oneness we are all one anyway, human, machine, animal, vegetation and material. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p>Christian Wiese, Author and Spiritual Coach, contact me at christianmwiese@yahoo.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16177324626922240094noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168216495280428429.post-55425436472007254542024-03-19T02:18:00.000-07:002024-03-19T02:18:44.844-07:00From conditioning to conscious being <p> <span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 15pt;">When energy is stuck in the lower energy centers, we are conditioned to act whether we like it or not. Like robots we run around sending subconscious signals and invite life to trigger these subconscious processes and bring them into our conscious awareness. Spiritual living is essentially the ability to process everything that life throws at us with the higher energy centers, heart chakra, third eye and crown chakra. I had a very interesting meditation session recently when I was made aware of this biological energy mechanism.</span><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">I sat down in meditation and after a while felt the troubled energy field moving from the root chakra to the heart chakra. In the root area we react. It’s instinctive what happens there. That’s where the bipolar actions happen in response to the events that jerk us around.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Feeling this chaotic energy in my heart chakra was not fun. It felt like someone had put a lock around the heart. The voices in the head were still going strong, but at least it felt like that at this level one already had a choice. Still, the energy was heavy, and I felt like being in a cage. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">After an hour or so the energy moved. I felt that familiar pressure in the neck area. A little pain is associated with it but the voice in the head starts shutting up. At this point the degree of freedom returns. What was it that was wearing heavy on my mind? I couldn’t quite recall at that stage.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">The last move of the energy is into the head area, somewhere in-between third eye and crown chakra. At this level you feel the heavy energy dissolving. The thoughts stop altogether. I could even taste the dissolving energy in my mouth. Whatever problem existed; it was suddenly gone.”<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">We talk a big game when it comes to spirituality. We talk about love and conscious choices, but the truth of the matter is that a lot of the spiritual progress is subconscious in nature. True, life forces us to face these unhealed energies and encourages us to let go of them, but we can also accelerate this healing process. As demonstrated in SuZhen Liu’s “Letting Go—Release Your Suffering” book, we can even bring interfering subconscious processes to the surface and let go of them. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p>Christian Wiese, Author and Spiritual Coach, contact me at christianmwiese@yahoo.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16177324626922240094noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168216495280428429.post-2145667928113523642024-03-18T04:03:00.000-07:002024-03-18T04:03:03.762-07:00Awakening: you will travel light <p> <span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Time is of no relevance when it comes to the feat of letting the higher energies prevail, but time has its usefulness when it comes to letting go of some of the interferences that the self loved to cling to. “The fruit falls when it is ripe” said the spiritual sage Nisargadatta Maharaj. We travel our spiritual journey to the best of our abilities, but the breakthrough comes when it does. There are opportunities to get the self out of the Way every day, and when the next spiritual breakthrough occurs, we travel even lighter.</span><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>Christian Wiese, Author and Spiritual Coach, contact me at christianmwiese@yahoo.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16177324626922240094noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168216495280428429.post-10755895583641419752024-03-17T00:00:00.000-07:002024-03-17T00:00:14.502-07:00The power of awareness<p> <span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">There is a Sufi story on the power of awareness. A king gave a golden begging bowl to a holy man to honor him, and a thief wanted to steal it from him. At night he was waiting for the holy man to fall asleep, but he already knew what the thief was up to and threw the bowl in the direction where the thief was hiding to prevent him from stealing it by simply giving it away.</span><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">When the thief saw that he was so impressed that he went up to the holy man and ask him what powers he possess that it is so easy for him to part with the treasure. “Teach me your power”, the thief implored. The holy man told him that if he wanted to gain his powers, he should keep doing what he was doing, even if it meant to be stealing, but do be aware of what he was doing. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Seven days later he saw the thief who was depressed. The thief told him that since he was conscious of his action, he just couldn’t rob anyone. For seven days he had not robbed a single item. The thief was obviously stuck and had a choice to make. Either to embark on a spiritual quest or return to his unconscious days. Once awareness is activated, he couldn’t do his old job.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">That’s the power of awareness. There are some eternal eyes watching over us, with an equanimous mindset. Once we tune into this frequency, the ego’s automatism is gone. It’s still possible to jump on the ego’s bandwagon, but that’s an active choice now. Try it for a few days. Observe everything from this view, without judging and agenda. Go and observe this for yourself. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p>Christian Wiese, Author and Spiritual Coach, contact me at christianmwiese@yahoo.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16177324626922240094noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168216495280428429.post-26984632849748137882024-03-16T02:54:00.000-07:002024-03-16T02:54:52.221-07:00Spiritual level confusion<p> <span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Why is the spiritual literature so hard getting our arms around? After all, isn’t the simple takeaway that in Oneness we should do unto others as we want them to do unto us? Taking our self out of the picture, let go and let God?</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">The problem statement is level confusion. There is a psychological level that we can be aware of. There is a spiritual dimension, a “making right” that we can feel and act on, and there is the realm of higher energies where the self ceases to exist and magic happens.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">We frown on psychoanalysis, but inner work now and then requires understanding of the linear mind thinking, and the wounds where our confused actions arise. We get excited about being spiritual, but it has to dawn on us that this perceived light-worker is still an illusionary entity.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Some people are born with spiritual awareness, others have breakthroughs later in life. We all have the timeless moments when the self identification takes a step back, but they unfortunately come and go. Every seeker will find what they are looking for; there is just a little letting go of the imagined seeker figure.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Ponder this for a moment, who is reading this post?<o:p></o:p></span></p>Christian Wiese, Author and Spiritual Coach, contact me at christianmwiese@yahoo.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16177324626922240094noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168216495280428429.post-80918541625081667782024-03-15T04:03:00.000-07:002024-03-15T04:03:26.054-07:00Dropping the “you”<p> <span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">The issues in your life may not be the problem, the problem is how “you” feel about them and approach them. In fact, the issues have been subconsciously chosen to help getting the self out of the Way.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">The thoughts and feelings that bubble to the surface may not be the problem either. Instead, they provide a tool to spot the self at work. All “thoughts-feelings-experiences” tell us what we identify with.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Be open to what bubbles to the surface, welcome what enters “your” life. The opportunity is in grasping the identification and letting it pass through. Without the “you” at work, freedom awaits. <o:p></o:p></span></p>Christian Wiese, Author and Spiritual Coach, contact me at christianmwiese@yahoo.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16177324626922240094noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168216495280428429.post-87825485303040129402024-03-14T02:15:00.000-07:002024-03-14T02:15:20.863-07:00Go figure!<p> <span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">I am standing at the kitchen counter writing a check to pay off my monthly bills. Suddenly a smile appears on my face. “Hey, who is looking through those eyes as I a make out the amount? How is that moment any different from everything I have experienced thus far? The eyes watching are always the same.”</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">The ego or “I”-identification is a curious thing. We want to be benevolent and kind and we hate it when we are greedy or angry. Yet, who is that entity that perceives life that way? It’s a made-up entity, is it not? Yet the moment at hand is always fresh. The eyes watching are always the eternal ones whether we are aware of this fact or not.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">A Facebook friend came up with the expression “ego-ing” as a verb. That’s a step in the right direction. It’s the prevailing fog that clouds the incoming light. It comes and it goes while the metaphysical light always is. I would call ego an energy system. We can be aware of its presence. We can let it flow through us. We can step out of it and let go of it.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">For me the quest is over once we have found a way to get our arms around the lower energy so that we are (mostly) in a position to invite the higher energies in. Everyone has a slightly different approach to deal with this “me, myself and I” energy. This morning while writing the bills I realized that even the quest to be spiritual is ego energy. Go figure!<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; It is precisely these props which our Lord wishes to take from them so that He alone will be their help and support.</span></i></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Meister Eckhart (1260-1328)<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Michael Singer, the author of “The Untethered Soul” spoke at a prison to inmates and introduced a thought experiment to show them the degrees of freedom they possess, “Imagine an attractive naked woman walking in right now. Do you have the willpower not to look at her?” Every man in the room admitted they wouldn’t. “Imagine now I gave you a million dollars and a full pardon if you didn’t look, would you resist the temptation then.” Now everyone said they could.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">That’s what thought experiments do, they appeal to our intellect. I guess Michael’s point was to to emphasize that it is all about setting the right incentives. What I have observed though, there are two kinds of energies, the ones that remain in the lower chakras where the instincts prevail, and the ones that reach the higher chakras where we actually have a choice. Once we approach the crown chakra choices disappear once again. This time the higher energies prevail exclusively.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Life is about setting us free from the unconscious and deliver us to the unknown. Somewhere in-between the two we feel we have a choice. Do not beat yourself up over missed opportunities. They have been called into your life to set you free when the time comes. Can we actively promote the opening of the higher energy centers? Sure, that’s what the spiritual quest is all about. From the unconscious to the unknown. Enjoy the ride down the river of life until you merge with the ocean of Oneness.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p>Christian Wiese, Author and Spiritual Coach, contact me at christianmwiese@yahoo.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16177324626922240094noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168216495280428429.post-447952930028290432024-03-11T06:02:00.000-07:002024-03-11T06:02:04.846-07:00Letting go of fears and psychological baggage <p> <span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">I had a dream. I was at my old workplace, and they wanted to reorganize my job as I hasn’t been very effective recently. I met my new colleagues of the team I was assigned with, and we played basketball; not my favorite sport, I am a much better soccer player, but I played along. I dropped the first ball, but I kept playing and slowly got better at it.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Not hard to figure out what this dream was about, the fear of not measuring up. I felt it when I woke up. Experience for yourself, you can actually feel the raw instincts rising from the lower chakras right into the heart chakra where it gets burned up. It’s a painful process though but when you sit with it the fear starts dissolving. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Spirituality tackles everything with the intellect. “You are not your body”, “you are not your fears”, “you are not your desires”. All these affirmations point towards the truth but unless we find a way to allow these subconscious processes to get processed and let go of, they are not very effective, and worse, lead to spiritual bypassing. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">I don’t consider myself an expert in dealing with these subconscious processes, but if you are interested in learning more check out Suzhen Liu’s “Letting Go—Release Your Suffering”. She found a method to inquire into the origin of these fears and trouble spots, activate them and effectively letting go of them. <o:p></o:p></span></p>Christian Wiese, Author and Spiritual Coach, contact me at christianmwiese@yahoo.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16177324626922240094noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168216495280428429.post-22066682373323845142024-03-10T06:06:00.000-07:002024-03-10T06:06:20.053-07:00The ocean of Oneness<p> <span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Modern (wo)man has the feeling and implicit knowledge that there is a center with which we perceive, know, and interact with the rest of the world. This understanding of self and identification with an illusionary entity is the spiritual troublemaker. Interestingly, science accept this view. There have been countless studies that this psychological entity we call self is entirely made up.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Spirituality has a simple answer to the problem statement, there is an essence that we can connect with. We can see, sense and on some level even intellectually understand this presence outside of us in what modern wo(man) would call mystical experiences, and we have access to this essence within. The word entity needs to be replaced with energy—a higher dimension of being.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">No word can describe this energy, and no-one can get their arms around it in its entirety, but we can swim in the ocean of Oneness so to speak. As the Course in Miracle puts it, it is possible to hear only this Voice. The heart is connected with these energies, the third eye can see the mystery and the crown chakra receives downloads from the higher dimension of consciousness.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">S (erenity), E (nergy), L (ove), F (low) are signposts of swimming in this ocean of Oneness, and all we have to do is to get our self out of the Way. I started out my spiritual mission after my Awakening with the premise that no religion is required to connect with this essence of being and I continue to feel that on the inside self-awareness does the trick and, on the outside, having an antenna for the mystical. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p>Christian Wiese, Author and Spiritual Coach, contact me at christianmwiese@yahoo.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16177324626922240094noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168216495280428429.post-10328833962213673792024-03-09T01:51:00.000-08:002024-03-09T01:51:26.676-08:00Just sit with it<p> <span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">An issue troubled me, probably related to the repair work of some recent storm that damaged out house. The arguments in my head went back and forth. I minded the bipolar nature of this back and forth. I was clearly not in control and my emotions were all over the place.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">I sat down in meditation and after a while felt the troubled energy field moving from the root chakra to the heart chakra. Whatever problem existed; it was suddenly gone.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">I am new to this kind of energy work. Who knows how much stuff is buried in the depth of my being that needs to bubble to the surface. I figure this process of sitting with the pain body and releasing it took me a couple of hours. We probably get better at it over time.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Is there something bothering you right now? One morning he woke up and immediately called his chief disciple, telling him, ”Listen, I have had a dream. Can you analyze it for me?” The disciple said, ”Wait! I will bring a little water. First wash your face.”</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;">He brought a pot full of water and helped the master wash his face and hands. While he was doing that another disciple was passing by. The master said, ”Listen, I had this dream. Will you analyze it for me?”<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;">He said, ”Just wait... it is better I bring a cup of tea for you” – and he brought him a cup of tea. The master had a good belly laugh. He said, ”If you had analyzed my dream I would have beaten you and thrown you out!”<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;">What analysis can a dream have? Now you have seen it, you are awake, now drop the whole circus! The disciples gave the correct answer. It was a test, their examination – the moment of testing had come. One disciple brought water to wash the master’s hands and face. ”The dream is gone, now be finished with it! What more analysis? – the dream was a dream, it is finished. What analysis? The truth can be analyzed, but a dream? Can the false be analyzed? Can what never happened be analyzed? It is enough to know it was a dream; now wash your face. Now you have come back, just come out of it.”<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;">The other youth also did well, bringing a cup to tea: ”You’ve washed your face, but it seems there is still a little sleep left. Enjoy a cup of tea and you will be completely awake.”<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;">This is what I am telling you: ”Wash your face, drink your tea! You were never separate – there is no way to be separate.”<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;">OSHO<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;">A “thought-feeling-energy” pops to the surface and the insight goes, “Yes, my finances benefit from the latest Federal Reserve Bank announcement, but what do you want me to do with it?” No response, it was just another feel-good personality hack and soon shall be followed by a negative commentary.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;">I go down the stairs and another “thought-feeling-energy” pops up and the insight goes, “Yes, the birdfeeder needs refilling. Yuck, I hate going out when it is so cold!” You see, responding to the personal finance commentary is like analyzing Bokuju’s dream while feeding the birds is preparing a cup of tea in the morning. <o:p></o:p></span></p>Christian Wiese, Author and Spiritual Coach, contact me at christianmwiese@yahoo.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16177324626922240094noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168216495280428429.post-6030056367296096682024-03-07T00:05:00.000-08:002024-03-07T00:05:58.522-08:00When the snake loses its skin<p> <span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">One teacher says, “You are love!”</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Another says, “You are the one listening to your thoughts.”<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">A third teacher states, “You are That!” A fourth, “Be still and connect with your heart!”<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">All of them have a point. The insight will come. What’s much harder is letting go of eons of intergenerational conditioning.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">The spiritual intellect sells books, while activating and facing our passions and pain bodies is what makes the transition complete. Life initiates, but we must persevere and face what is.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Once the ballast is thrown overboard, we can pick any connection to the higher energy. They are always freely accessible. As Meister Eckhart puts it, “God is at home. We have gone for a walk.”<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">How to get our arms around the subconscious? Let’s be still, let’s not run when boredom, restlessness, aversion and excitement pull and push. See the twinkle in the opponent’s eyes? Feel the fear and do it anyway!<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">We can step out of the lower energies just as a snake loses its skin. They exist because of me, yet they are definitely not me or mine. I am not subject to anyone. I am completely independent. I am beyond. See me where there is no desire or fear.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #454545; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody, serif; font-size: 13pt;">Nisargadatta Maharaj<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">When a colleague at work gave the retirement speech for his boss, he said something beautiful. “Deborah always had her ear out for laughter in the hallway.” What an amazing insight! When you have a boss who is keen on having creative and joyful interactions of her team members productivity and well -being is bound to be plentiful.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">The Tao Te Ching describes the Way of the Meister perfectly: “Therefore the Master acts without doing anything and teaches without saying anything. Things arise and she lets them come; things disappear, and she lets them go. She has but doesn’t possess, acts but doesn’t expect. When her work is done, she forgets it. That is why it lasts forever.”<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">In Awareness the eternal Buddha eyes manifest creation as it is meant to be. Nisargadatta Maharaj describes the role we play in creation perfectly, without desires or aversions, with no self to speak of getting in the Way we act without doing anything. The Meister is more than being an observer, s(he) is an eternal being allowing creation to unfold. Do you hear the laughter in the hallway?<o:p></o:p></span></p>Christian Wiese, Author and Spiritual Coach, contact me at christianmwiese@yahoo.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16177324626922240094noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168216495280428429.post-23220338805900320082024-03-05T03:43:00.000-08:002024-03-05T03:43:01.220-08:00Spot the limitation and abundance<p> <span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">The other day someone pointed out to me that the root of the word “obey”, which is frequently used in the Bible, doesn’t have the narrow interpretation we assign it today. Instead, it suggests “listen as if heard from the far”. That’s the definition of Consciousness all right. It’s hard, if not impossible, to convey the state of That. It’s equally hard to always be connected to the Force. But yes, inner silence is a necessary condition. Let’s be quiet in order to “listen so that we can hear from the far.”</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">I equate Consciousness with an energy that we can see, feel and sense. Unfortunately, that Force makes it hard to convey to someone else. Many say the silence in the head makes its presence known but even that is not very useful. We can be robotic with little to no commentary in the head, just as sometimes amazing truths get narrated in our head that are not generated by conditioned mind. As I pondered the contrast “limitation” and “abundance” popped into my head: “you see limitation/abundance” (ucla).<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 15pt;">Stay with that observation. Lose the limitations and open up to abundance when you encounter it. Conditioned mind is always limited in nature while the higher dimension of being always brings abundance. We are the entity who spots the difference! I do not claim that I am always connected to Consciousness—the eternal being inducing creation—but it helps to have pointers that sound an alarm when we have fallen asleep once again. UCLA! Our son goes there. That should be an easy one to remember.<o:p></o:p></span></p>Christian Wiese, Author and Spiritual Coach, contact me at christianmwiese@yahoo.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16177324626922240094noreply@blogger.com0
