You are the pearl in God’s oyster

You are a hologram of the world around you, and in that hologram, whatever you do inside yourself shows itself in your outside, and that means you have total control over your life and your creations and experiences by just going inside.

With Awakening comes the realization that the Law of Attraction works. We are walking magnets, so of course we attract the people, events and learning opportunities into our lives as it is meaningful for us. The question is only what we do with this fact of life. Should we try to consciously attract love, healing and abundance into our lives?

I was impressed with David Friedman’s book, ‘The Thought Exchange’. He set out to use the Law of Attraction to get what’s missing from his life. As a teacher and author he came pretty far in his thought experiments, but he was honest enough to acknowledge that he could never go all the way. There was always a residual fear remaining.

David spotted the rascal at work—the ego—the interference of what stands between us and God. I had a similar wake-up call. Following my Awakening I worked for 7 years as a light-worker in the financial industry and moonlighted in the spiritual community. I was quite good at what I was doing, but there was always an existential fear remaining. 

Never mind this existential fear. Awakening is the path towards spotting this rascal at work and leaving it behind. David Friedman changed his methodology into a spiritual direction and now views the world that we operate in as our mirror. My own lesson has been that we are not here to better the world; our mission helps us to become pure!

I can’t promise you material riches, I can’t promise you success that will get you the ‘Time Magazine Wo(man) of the Year Award’. It’s a choice, if you go for the oyster, there will always be a fear remaining. Yet, a feeling of abundance, love and peace of mind are outcomes of living a spiritual life anyway. You are sure to be the pearl in God’s oyster so to speak.

With nothing to root for, there is nothing to fear. We perform our actions, some of our missions are successful some become a learning opportunity but it doesn’t really matter.
