High Energy

 There were a few high intensity days in March 2025 when I felt that familiar energy state that has been with me on and off since my Awakening first began in 2008. It occurred to me that when the energy flows all non-duality discussions become meaningless. There are no thoughts in the high energy environment, just actions that are dictated by what’s right in front of us.

 

I also realized the importance of purity. Energy is neutral. It doesn’t concern itself with greed versus generosity, jealousy versus compassion, laziness versus industry. Energy moves, and if it meets inner resistance the force that could express itself as our PAL—peace, abundance and love—will as happily express itself as restlessness, scarcity and hate. It’s our job to keep the house clean.

 

Meditation and mindfulness are practices. We build mental muscles when we spot of thoughts go off in new directions and invite them to come back to the here and now. It’s a practice to be mindful of the seven sins and investigate what exactly keeps us from expressing the seven virtues instead. God is always nearby. It’s our job to make sure we can handle Her energy when She visits
