Still

Our souls are healed and nurtured when we are still.  In silence, GOD showers HIS grace on us.

We cannot really get in touch with this healing energy when we are busy looking for direction in the outside world. We get in touch with this energy when we let go when we relax and trust. We get in touch with this divine energy when we connect with our heart and tune into the energy of the NOW. We move but remain centered at the same time. We are connected to our SELF as we face life’s busyness.

When we are centered, we join a FLOW. Everything becomes effortless. In this energy flow, our souls quiets down.
