New Rules

You hear it so often, spiritual travelers who should be enjoying the Ascension Wave experience darkness and apathy instead. Many even ask, have I lost my spiritual talents for good? No, you haven’t. One: Study what lowers your spiritual vibrations: gossip, alcohol, loveless sex, low energy food, violence or bad company, to name just a few; you figure out what pulls your spiritual vibrations down and you find a way to cut it out.

Two: Repeat this abstinence process for 21 days. That’s typically the time period to get the harmful energy out of your system. They say it takes 21 consecutive repeats before a new behavior becomes automatic in the subconscious.

Three: never beat yourself up over a missed step along the Way. You are facing this amazing moment today thanks to your past. You were just looking for a little lifelines that you have to make real now, just as Dua Lipa needs a new lover.

Spirituality is all about leaving the rules of the past behind. The new rules are just there to meet God on His wavelength. No worries, once you’re next to Him, you ain’t getting over Him.
