To Love

For me personally, to love is to recognize each other’s experience in the good times as well as the bad. I recognize that the friend will lose their loved ones just as I do; I realize that they will age as I do; I also realize that they will die just as I do. They need to make a living as I do. I realize that they struggle with their weakness and mistakes as I do. When I have these realizations, it is easier for me to love any human being on my path. Although I still cannot love totally unconditionally, it is much easier for me to love and forgive others after I have these realizations, and it's much easier for me to interact with people with different races, cultures, backgrounds, social status and religions because by taking away all these external differences, we as human being, have the same fate and experience the same struggles.
