The river called life brings its 

ups and downs for everyone.

It is the upstream crawl when 

we awaken to self’s workings.

During the downstream float

we see glimpses of our SELF:

Serenity, Empowerment, Love

and Fusion (with the Beyond).

Without serenity, empowerment

or love, ask, ‘who is in charge?’

Maybe it’s a time to let go and

enjoy the downstream float again.
