We all have received many injuries while growing up. Most people just accumulate these injuries and form their personality, lifestyle and patterns accordingly. Today if we start the journey of learning, we have to pay attention:
How we look at certain situations? How do we respond to the interactions in our relationships? Do these responses originate from our injuries? In case when we respond from these injuries, will these injuries just cycle in our relationships? Because how I look at these situations—my attitude, my response and reactions—originated from these pains and injuries, and these pains will not stop unless we learn.
May we say it is natural that we think and experience life this way; but, this is not about right and wrong, the way we respond in our life will make our heart sad, despair, frustrated, angry, anxious, and scared. It is the way we respond to life that creates these pain. So it is not to get rid of these pains but to pay attention to how we respond, that is, to l realize how our mind creates issues, how our mind thinks.
All our pain originated from here. If we cannot pay attention and recognize this fact, we will suffer because of how our mind thinks. But then, when we recognize this, we will finally understand. It is these patterns which create conflicts, pain, and struggles.
