Maybe there are those folks who get your blood pressure up just when you see them. Maybe you are tempted from time to time to show the finger in traffic when someone cuts you off. These are subconscious reactions. We prefer to respond consciously instead in all circumstances and like to avoid being triggered as best as we can.
I noticed yesterday that there is that “silent witness;” those “eternal eyes” that operate outside of conscious and subconscious behavior. We operate outside of the “body-mind-world matrix,” while still participating in it. The expression “conscious response” does not even apply because life unfolds as is. The actor that we normally identify with is not.
Lastly there is the satori state which has the same level of equanimity, but the “body-mind-world matrix” disappears in it as well. That’s the burning bush experience Moses had for example. We are always S (ilence) E (nergy) L (ove) F (low) but our connection with this higher dimension weakens as we go through the other stages with varying degrees of consciousness.
