Truthful and pure

 What we are after in the quest for enlightenment is a complete unraveling of the story of me. In a satori moment the implicit and explicit structure of self that we, our parents and society have put together of the eons temporarily freezes and pure being emerges, but sooner or later the old conditioning returns. The true breakthrough occurs when all self-imposed interferences and identifications with the “body-mind-world matrix” are put out in the open and looked through. That’s when the true purity and essence of the moment at hand appears. For that we need ruthless honesty with all the assumptions, storylines and belief sets that are buried deep inside of us. I felt the emptiness inside today and heard the mandate “honesty” loud and clear in my head.
