The Story of the Perfect Archer

There was once an archer who had a perfect track record. Never ever had he missed the bull's eye. Everybody tried replicating his success, but nobody could even come close. One day a fellow archer just asked our friend what the secret of his success is, and he replied "Well, I am shooting first and draw the target around the shot afterwards." The moral of the story, be a finder not a searcher. A finder always finds,   while a searcher always searches.
