Renunciation

I never liked this word much since it seems to imply that you are doing something against your will. Instead, I prefer the notion that we are creative Co-creators of God and that everything we do and think is in perfect harmony with the Tao, the ever-changing tune of the Universe. Well, it turns out that I have my moments of renunciation as well. Over the last two weeks, I have broken two wine glasses when I had my glass of wine at night. These things just don't happen to me! I also experienced nose bleeding while I had my glass of wine, which happens to be my symbolic message to myself that I am hurting myself. Well, the signs are clear that it is time to drop my little evening routine. And given that the Tao always happens to know best, here you have my renunciation.
