Earth School or Art Studio?

When I read Neale Walsch's 'Conversations with God', I wasn't really surprised about anything God said. I guess I have in the meantime internalized the New Age thinking. There was one statement though that caught me by surprise. God said that life should't be thought of a school, instead we are here to express Who We Really Are. So think of life as an art studio instead of a school. Still, you probably have felt like me sometimes that life holds lesson for us, and if we don't incorporate them, we do get beaten up in the process. Perhaps God would say that if you want to become an artist, you first have o get your equipment together. And if we procrastinate on what our life's mission is all about, we do get a few pointers that show us the right direction. If you really think about the difference between earth school and the art studio, you find that it all boils down to a difference in perceived maturity. God claims we have graduated already, so please use your powers to express yourself creatively.
