Religion is to pray to God and ask Him for answers which He will gladly provide if they are asked in the right frame of mind. Spirituality is to ask for nothing, just to have the willingness and determination to show up and deal with life moment to moment, knowing the right answer will be provided to you by the holiness of the situation.
