On Spiritual Maturity

I have been interested in spirituality all my life, but only when I was 40 did my mission statement open up in earnest and it was then when I understood that all these people I was reading about were me in actuality. That was when the hard work started, but this too was the time of bliss and regained innocence.

I am a spiritual coach now and happy to help out anyone who wants to sign up for a similar journey. When you come to me and you say that you are ready for the spiritual journey already at the age of 35, I would probably say 'I am not surprised that your process started a little earlier since I tend to be a little slow.' If you come to me at the age of 30, I would probably give you the benefit of doubt and would say 'Sure, you are probably really advanced.' If you came to me at the age of 25, I would start consulting my own sources to figure out whether you are perhaps one of these superstars who were born to change the world. If you came to me at the age of 20 I am pretty sure I would say 'Why don't you go out first and sleigh a few dragons - do not worry, your spiritual path will be here waiting for you.'
