On Doing Absolutely Nothing

Practice non-doing
and everything will fall into place
.
(Tao Te Ching)

As my boys grow up, I observe how soccer coaching gets more intense. When I observe the coaches I see how all kind of plans and strategies get devised; all this is of course good because games are just for fun anyway. Yet, at the same time I feel resistance in me. People came up with these games; they are mind games. Life just isn't that way. In real life we are never in a situation where someone wins because someone loses. We also never have to scheme anything. More than that, we don't have to do anything either. All we have to say, "everything is just perfect", only to find that it is.
