In Tune with Life's Up and Down

True! See the madness in an angry man's eyes. Witness the devastation caused by greed and lust. The only question though, how exactly do we get to this enlightened state. If we try to quench and suppress our emotions with stoic will-power, not only will we kill off something precious inside, we will also create the inner demons that sooner or later will get the better of us.


The trick is to befriend our emotions by dancing with life. The secret of success along a spiritual path is to find out what
authentic needs our demons point to, and to go after them without violating our spiritual mandate. GOD doesn't want us to suffer on the journey HOME, and SHE wants to shower us with attention. GOD knows the quickest route HOME, that's why SHE hooked us up with the WAY. Life's ups and downs, the pleasures and pains, are in fact the means of bringing us HOME. It allows us to get in tune with everything that bubbles below the hood, and it gives us the incentive and opportunity to let go of what hinders our spiritual progress.
