Authenticity is the Way

Everything we aim to accomplish, anything we set out to do, and no matter how noble we may be in spirit, our ego taints it all. Life is messy, there is no sugar coding this fact with fancy spiritual memes. That’s quite alright though. I have had the pleasure to walk parts of my Awakening journey with one of the most honest and truthful Soul I have ever come across. Watching her I realized, authenticity comes before enlightenment.

It is ok to make mistakes. It’s quite alright to stray from the Way, but self-delusion in the name of spirituality is poison. Accept life’s pain as you craft and manifest the life story you envision for yourself. Let the obstacles coming your way be the sandpaper that scrapes your outgrown skin of. Let the kindling flame of your passion exhaust the cravings of your ego. Be open to unsolicited advice and let the Truth set you free.
