I was sitting in the living room. It was 5 am and I had slept little that night. I felt that pain body that comes and goes. Unable to to go back to bed I was just sitting there observing that pain body inside. The thought popped up, ‘Why is the ‘I’ separated from the Self?’, ‘Who is separated from the Self?’ A voice popped up, ‘He is!’ Suddenly there was silence and serenity. The pain body and ‘I’ identification was gone. All that remained was thought-less Consciousness. I didn’t feel tired anymore. Still, I went to bed anyway and drifted into sleep trying to figure out how I could communicate what had just happened.
This was not an Aha-moment. This was no spiritual break-through. I have had plenty of those in recent years, that’s not how they feel at all. Instead, it was a gear changing; smoothly, quietly. Just like the frog allegedly doesn’t know when the water he is sitting in getting warmer, my vibrations were rising as I had that little metaphysical discussion with myself. I have had that experience plenty of time this year. Rhythmic breathing, with spine erect stimulates kundalini energy which in turn raises our vibrations. There maybe a tingling sensation but soon thoughts stop, only Consciousness remains.
You may now rightly ask, ‘how can I repeat this experience for my Self? Unfortunately, all I have to offer is Liana De Laurent’s method that many of us have gone through within our community: Purge—Shift—Align—Rinse—Repeat!
