It’s actually not so bad to lead a quarantined life,
It's just like an easy spiritual retreat, isn’t it?
You rise with the sun,
and go to bed when night falls.
You listen to your body.
Eat when you are hungry,
drink when you feel thirsty,
and rest when you feel tired,
Talk to friends or family when you want to connect with people,
Go for a walk when movement arises,
and work when it is required.
Give space to your fear and emotions when they come for a visit.
Be aware when your mind starts creating stories.
This is a perfect time to be one with the Tao, isn’t it?
