Above the clouds

Anybody has the potential
for a massive shift in perspective,
even if they're a complete mess.
Adyashanti

On my regular trips to Japan I remember one flight in particular when the Boing Dreamliner was floating over the clouds for hours on end. The sun was shining for 14 hours straight given that we were traveling with the sun. That’s the notion of enlightenment. Still part of earth—as symbolized by the sea of clouds beneath—yet continuously facing the sun.

Awakening is different. It’s like a helicopter changing altitudes all the time with stretches of low visibility, followed by the blessed times of facing the sun. It may feel a bit like bi-polar in the early days but eventually a serenity kicks in no matter what. We realize even in low visibility cases—even when we are a complete mess as Adyashanti puts it so well—that this too is a perfect opportunity to break free.

Every living moment prepares us to be free. Accept life as is and then raise your vibrations. An awe-inspiring and serene life is patiently waiting for you to adjust your altitude for good.
