Truth of Moments

Allow yourselves to feel fear, just like you should allow yourselves to experience sexual desires; they all are parts of our nature.  When we expect ourselves to be brave, to have no sexual desires, we set up expectations for ourselves, which is destined to create struggles and inner wars.  Why don’t we just allow ourselves to be and just observe this human being with a pair of eternal eyes?

All the spiritual teachings and scriptures are here to help us to get back to ourselves.  However, when we apply the same standards to ourselves without awareness, these teachings become poisonous to us.  The point to experience is not how these saints are—or were at an auspicious time—the point is to experience how we are at this moment and tolive out our own truth, not some saint’s truth.  So if you feel scared, if you feel lustful, that’s how you are at this moment.  Just let yourself be.  Let’s accept our truth moment by moment.  If God wants to experience fear in the early manifestation, if God wants to experience lustful desires here, why should we have different opinions?

When we allow ourselves, when we accept how we feel at this moment, we tune into this moment and now!   We don’t live with our mind and we live with our truth!

What’s your truth at this moment?
