A trickle becomes a stream, the stream a river which one fine day becomes the ocean. Do you know that all water-bodies are connected? So in a sense the trickle is already part of the ocean yet doesn’t know it yet.
Likewise with our journey to leave the ‘I’ behind. The reason why the stream isn’t part of the ocean yet is altitude. There is still an ‘I’ wanting this and that. Spiritual or not, everyone is on a subconscious journey Home.
Can we consciously speed up the journey? Typically the moment we start asking spiritual questions we already are pretty close to the 5 oceans. The craving to be special is everywhere; let life reveal this craving—even the quest for enlightenment.
Oneness reigns here and now. Remind your self of this fact. Metaphorically, you are part of this connected waterbody already. In the here and now you are Home always. Breathe in and out. Feel this Oneness. Welcome Home!
