All experience - thoughts, images, feelings, sensations and perceptions - appears and disappears, but Awareness remains present throughout all changing experience, just as a screen remains present throughout all movies. Look in all experience for that which does not appear, move, change, evolve or disappear, and know yourself as That.

We cannot claim authenticity of every feeling that runs through us. How could that be; we are more than the thoughts that bubble to the surface from the depth of our subconscious; we are beyond a primed product of the environment that we are operating in, and we are more than the chemicals that flow through our system.
Yet despite the limited bio hardware and psychological software that maintains our avatar, there are the moments when we know that we know. It’s the moment in time when Spirit whispers in our ear, ‘we are That!’ These are the moments worth living for. For the rest of time, let’s just make sure that the bio-robot doesn’t take us for a ride.
