Never mind the yin and yang of love and anger

What do you do when your car gets stuck in the mud?

You put down a mat and rock back and forth, back and forth.

Gently you alternate higher and higher until the tires get a grip.

Likewise, never mind problems with relationships or work.

So what if our health acts up from time to time.

What we need to have is to know the clarity of direction

and the wisdom to know what the problem is all about.

Did it ever occur to you that the yin and yang of love and anger,

good and bad, exhilaration and depression sets you free?
