The ABC of self interference

 Ego is what separate us from Oneness, Consciousness, God, or however else you like to call the dimensions that are beyond the grasp of our self.

co-dependency 

delusion

You fill in the abc of self-interference here. We all have it. Often we are conscious of it, and sometimes we don’t even notice. However, instead of maligning our character flaws we should see them as they are, internal programs that are running us. So instead of beating ourselves up over them we can learn to become aware of these foreign programs and drop them accordingly.

 

Ask, ‘who is angry?’—is it the little boy who wants his big spoon?

 

Ask, ‘why do I feel so bored? What program is preventing me from enjoying this here and now?’

 

Ask, ‘why do I need her to be happy?’

 

Ask, ‘what prevents me in this duality from seeing Oneness right now?’

 

We can awake to the programs that run us. We can drop these alien thought and somatic patterns altogether. Join me in naming and solving the abc of self interference.
