When I stop identifying myself with all these emotions
passing through me as “my” emotions,
Instead,
I experience and understand them as common human emotions,
I free myself from these emotions and connect with other human beings;
When I stop grasping these thoughts arising in me as “my” thoughts,
Instead,
I experience them and understand all these thoughts
as common human thoughts,
I free myself from these thoughts,
And connect with myself with all other human beings,
I am free and expanding!
I feel whole and complete!
