The threshold of liberation

Mindfulness, understood as witnessing the noise in the head, is a tool to show you the extent of the disequilibrium within. It might allow you occasionally to return to the serenity of your being faster, but the state of liberation is so much more than that. It’s a complete harmony of body, mind and life, and yes, stillness of mind and openness to what lies ahead are hallmarks of it. 

 

Only engagement with life can bring complete equanimity and detachment. It’s an understanding that body, mind and life are One and that this trinity of Creation is whole and holy as is. Why don’t you approach your life today with this understanding and see what happens.
