Spirituality, health and high vibrations go hand in hand

 I had my booster shot and was out for 48 hours just as during the second shot. This happens to some, not to others. In any case, I view it as a small price for me to protect my family from the virus and to roam around more freely. It is interesting to note that in those days when you are down the mental loops gain the upper hand and you can just sit there watching the clock and counting the hours when you are free again. Spirituality, health and high vibration states go hand in hand. Let’s do the best we can to stay connected to the higher dimension Consciousness.
