No fear

If the injuries are still within us, we will respond to our environment with our injuries so that no one is at ease because of these obstacles.  Learning meditation helps understand these injuries and the obstacles that we face and heal them. Finally, we can let go of them. It is only then when we can truly experience the precious things instead of letting desires run our life.

When we let go, love arises. Isn’t that love when we feel at ease and free?  It’s impossible to love when we are still clinging to each other. That’s not love, that’s desire and attachment. Love doesn’t have any compulsion or arm-twisting associated with it. Love is the ease and free! Letting go itself is love. It’s very difficult to really let go. This kind of letting go is not by persuasion, or letting go helplessly, but it happens by a release from the grips of our mind. People who don't have fear won’t ruin their relationship. That’s real happiness.

If you find Suzhen Liu’s writings helpful, please check out her book, ‘Letting Go—Release Your Suffering’ on Amazon. From personal experience with the Letting Go Method, I can highly recommend this book!
