Penetrating through the self experience

 I had an interesting vision the other day. Somehow everything I struggle with, just as much as everything I aspire, presented itself on one giant canvas. Family problems, partnership problems, professional and spiritual aspirations, body image, material needs; the list was endless. All appearing as little dots on a big white canvas, just like a modern art painting. The feeling and realization was that the I-energy was literally spread thin. Normally we put our focus into just one or two dimensions, and that’s when the self identity is so strong that we can rarely see beyond our feet, but in this vision, the “I” was expanded in hundred dimensions, and its energy per dot became so small that I could peer through the holes in the “I”-identity, opening up serene Consciousness behind it. What an amazing vision!
