Our center without self

 The here and now is being,  

simple being without identification,

 

being S (erenity), E (nergy), L (ove), F (low).

 

Sometimes we are part of these higher energies,

 

sometimes our conditioned self does the steering.

 

Triggers, identifications, illusions come and go.

 

The trick is to return to the center of being, 

 

reconnecting to the center without self,

 

simple being in the here and now.
