Melting into One

“You” has a problem and just as this issue is confronted, a video pops up in the YouTube feed that seemingly offers the solution. That’s the life of a connected one; in a sense, this person doesn’t exist. Body, mind and world form a unity where every moment the personhood dissolves into Oneness. It’s a natural process. The voices in the head, the feelings of pleasure and displeasure, rise and dissolve like waves in the ocean. The “problem” was in fact a present designed for the emerging personhood to realize s(he) doesn’t exist.

There are folks who meditate their minds into submission. There are folks who live on the edge and lose themselves in the heat of the moment. Both approaches have an energy of “me, myself and I” attached. There is still a holy man and a daredevil who enjoys glimpses of the here and now. The one who grasps the Oneness of body, mind and world has no identification whatsoever. In touch with her/his feelings, mindful of the ruminating thoughts, and tuned into the surrounding energies, s(he) melts into Oneness here and now.
