Most sentences have a subject and an object, and every sentence has at least a subject and a verb, i.e., “he ran” is a functioning sentence. Do you see? Duality is wired into us. Every thought refers to a subject other than the rest.
The mind implies duality. The moment there is an imbalance within, say a feeling of pain or a notion of insecurity or scarcity, the mind comes along and translates it into “good” and “bad”, “must have this” and “must avoid that.”
“Being, consciousness, bliss” describes the Hindu notion of what we are prior to thought and experience. It’s a world without conditioning, without perceived scarcity and and without restlessness. It’s a state prior to thought.
How to get there exactly? The Bible gives us a clue, “be still and know that I Am That I Am.” Go inside for a moment. Is that state of silence, energy, love, flow (S-E-L-F) present? Stay there and let the world take care of itself.
