Stepping out of the energy highway of human emotions

 I look at the present-day news and feel anger rising in me. Then I look away and it completely subsides. It’s not ignorance, after all, I registered the news. It’s a stepping out of an energy highway of human emotions. It’s swirling around and has been recycled, refined and sometimes even amplified by countless generations. We can step out of them and open ourselves up to some higher frequencies that equally are at our disposal. We have a choice once we become aware of the energies that are ruling and driving us: anger, desire, closed-mindedness, pride and envy. Feel the frequency, look through it, and then step out of it. You have the choice!
