Face your Fears, Live your Dreams

Psychological projection is a theory in psychology in which humans defend themselves against their own unconscious impulses or qualities (both positive and negative) by denying their existence in themselves while attributing them to others.

Our subconscious is way more potent than we realize, while our conscious understanding is way more biased and deluded as we are willing to admit to ourselves. Most people simply shrug their shoulders and keep doing what they have been all their lives for that is the convenient thing to do. Two groups of people rebel though, the ‘Michael Jordanesque goal getters’ who find a way to will themselves to their perceived notion of success, and the committed spiritual travelers who find a way towards their subconscious REALITY. They find the WAY so to speak.

It is ok to project as long as we put our best foot forward in everything we do. For us spiritual travelers, GOD uses us as the mirror of the counterparts we interact with every day. Life equally mirrors back to us what we consciously still have to realize and what we subconsciously may still have to awaken to. Yet all spiritual progress becomes stale when we stand still. Fears are there to be conquered, and dreams are there to be lived. When we stand still our mirror becomes stained and distorted. We will only say and experience what the subconscious knows that we are not granting to our SELF.

Face your fears, live your dreams and awaken to GOD.
