It’s all about unconditional love

A good friend always says, ‘when it comes to spirituality, focus on the message, not the messenger!’ The other day I was reading a post by Adi Da—a new age guru who was pretty popular in his days—about the spiritual processes many of us have to go through and I was impressed with his insights, until I reached the end of the post in which he concluded, “Then, by Means of My Avataric Divine Spiritual Grace, conscious awareness falls into its own Perfect Condition, without effort.”, and I thought to myself, what an idiot! I may feel about his overinflated spiritual ego however I do, but for those people who were projecting into him at that time, he may have been quite helpful in their spiritual quest. All of us serve a purpose in the spiritual evolution of humanity.

At the end of the day, there is a way to quantify the spiritual power we embody at the present moment, it’s the emission of heart-centered energy. I had several instances where I felt out of balance but very potent friends alerted me to the fact that there was a big upgrade in vibrations in the making. Conversely, there have been many occasions when I felt quite at peace inside, but the onset of real-life problems communicated to me that something must have been off. Our vibrations are way more potent that our conscious awareness and they can be scientifically measured. Who knows, maybe there will be soon an app for measuring the extent of our heart-centered emissions.

We are our ego, just as much as we are That, and a spiritual life leads us through a process separating the two. Heart-centered energy is love, and we don’t need an app for being aware of how much love we carry in our heart. We know it. At the end of the day a spiritual quest is about opening up to unconditional love and we have to respect that each of us have our own way of falling in love with what we do, with whom we spend our time with, and how to open up to divinity. Love is the ultimate measure of spiritual success.

A scientifically controlled study conducted by German researchers at the University of Kassel has shown that while the chest area of an average person emits only 20 photons of light per second, someone who meditates on their heart center and sends love and light to others emits an amazing 100,000 photons per second. That is 5000 times more than the average human being. Numerous studies have also shown that when these photons are infused with a loving and healing intent, their frequency and vibration increases to the point where they can literally change matter, heal disease, and transform negative events.
