The mind plays many tricks on us,
but there is a knowing that silences it.
Feelings put us on wild goose chases,
but our intuition connects us with Spirit.
Mind and feelings can work in unison,
just as they can create havoc in our lives.
How will we know? Be S till, be E energy,
be L ove, be F low—drop self, just be SELF.
