Observe the pain body moving about

My sister-in-law once called me stoic. I don’t like the expression much. It suggests insensitivity and a mission to override feelings in the desire to get something. Yet, I did understand where she was coming from.

In the early stage we don’t even spot the pain body and project it away via desired self-expression or the strive for a cause. Only once it bubbles to the surface can the work begin. Yet, the instinctive reaction is denial and escape.

Observe the pain body moving about within. Sit with it without moving. Just observe. There comes a time when this energy gets processed by the heart chakra. That’s the time when the brain lights up like a Christmas tree.

I published “Letting Go—Release Tour Suffering” by Suzhen Liu, a masterful approach to spot the inner energy blocks and let go of them. Once you master this sensitivity to release them, there is no need for stoicism.

Everything is energy. The moment we stop interfering with what is and let go of the energy blockages of the past, or the projected problems of the future, this energy moves. That’s when we are free; a perfect conductor of what is.
