Step 1 is to stop venting as it is an opportunity for an opening up to the pain body and hand and the reflection into its causes. This step requires a certain degree of stoicism as we feel the need to react according to our conditioned mind.
Step 2 is to penetrate the pain body that beforehand was too ugly to look at. That step requires a high degree of sensitivity as many conflicting energies are bound to rise to the surface. Paradoxically, this step entails the opposite of stoicism as stoicism blocks feelings.
Step 3 is to be open to all the changes life brings our way as we open up to the removal of conflicting energies. That’s the wisdom part. Spiritual living requires stoicism and sensitivity and the wisdom to grasp what’s blocking the Way.
