These two men couldn’t be any different,
yet both serve a spiritual purpose.
Develop your self, Mr. Robbins says.
Discover no-self, Krishnamurti responds.
Removing conflicts is self development.
Dissolving conflicts is Self realization.
Becoming a giant is self motivated,
whereas the Self sets the giant free.
Finding life’s purpose concerns both,
the self discovers; the Self knows.
Expressing passion concerns the self,
the Self waits patiently for closure.
Krishnamurti is a spiritual philosopher,
Tony Robbins is a self-made man.
Yet, there is avoidance in philosophy
and grit in self development.
There is a mission for a life coach,
and a role for a spiritual coach.
The world is in harmony
when both work hand in hand.
(Tony Robbins versus J. Krishnamurti, Christian M. Wiese)
A spiritual life coach works on two dimensions, helping to dissolve ego conflicts by reminding the client that each and every problem is self-fabricated, all while opening the client up to these magical moments of “no-self.” C.G. Jung once said that the first part of our life is about developing a healthy ego while the second half is designed to let go of it. A spiritual life coach offers solutions the ego accepts while offering access to a dimension that is conflict-free to start with.
