Chipping away at four corners of S-E-L-F to get to the circle of Oneness

 I discovered four dimensions of spiritual practice that all lead to the same portal connecting us with a higher dimension of being.

S (tillness): the psychological self comes to a rest as conditioned mind grasps its own limitation.

E (nergy): activation of chi/kundalini energy, lighting up all seven energy centers of our body.

L (ove): heart centered action eclipses the prior mind centered way of doing things.

F (low): the outer energies finally align with the inner. As within so without absent of self involvement.

It doesn’t matter where we start. Eventually all four dimensions of S-E-L-F are expressed in Oneness.
