How can it be that when I look at nature my mind stands still? How can it be that when I look into your eyes my heart expands? There are these facilitators of the prevailing higher energies just as there are the honey traps that keep us glued in the body, mind, world matrix. The trick is to be mindful of these lower energies that keep us from vibing at the higher frequencies and inquire into their nature in order to be able to let go of them.
The body, mind, world matrix arises in Consciousness. Spiritual living is in fact quite easy when we recognize the Source in which body, mind and world are born moment by moment. There is nothing to do other than vibing at that Frequency of Creation. This is the true meaning of Matthew 6:33, “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you.” Never mind future enlightenment, but mind being.
Spiritual living is quite easy in fact: there is still something to do to catch self referential living that keeps us from enjoying God’s Frequency here and now. Some self inquiry, some shadow work, some family energy harmonization, some mission that helps us becoming who we already are. Yet, in all that, God’s Frequency is always present and we can claim this present moment by moment. There is still some doing in between the being.
