In our lives, we often define ourselves through a series of limitations: I don’t have enough, like, I don’t have wealth for example, or I don’t have someone who truly loves me, I don’t have a place where I belong, I don’t have enough money, etc.
These beliefs are quietly planted deep within us from a very young age, often without our awareness.
These inner settings are woven from pain and reside in the deepest layers of our hearts. They permeate every aspect of our lives.
We live within the boundaries created by these beliefs, as though we have locked ourselves inside a prison of our own making.
