Because of fear, many issues and conflicts arise. For example, when someone says to us, “You did a terrible job,” or “You’re not good enough,” and other words of denial or criticism, we naturally feel hurt and uncomfortable.
When the heart becomes heavy and unhappy, our whole life is affected by these emotions. If these reactions are not clearly understood, they continue to accumulate. Over time, the problems remain unresolved, and we become trapped in a dilemma, unable to move forward or backward.
If we look closely at this process, we can see that it often begins when we feel unaccepted or unrecognized. From there, many psychological struggles gradually build up and extend deeper within us, eventually leading to illness or physical imbalance.
When we are afraid of other people’s judgments, the real issue is not about how good we are or how much we achieve. It is the fear itself that keeps us stuck.
Outer situations are reflections and extensions of our inner interpretations. If we can return to our own heart, harmony in relationships can come very quickly.
