Religion versus Spirituality

I am currently writing a book that argues that you can experience metaphysics like an experiment. If you look for the Tao you will see Her. I started seeing messages from the beyond a few years ago and the observed signs and the experienced connectedness has steadily grown from there. If I can see it, the book argues, why shouldn't you especially once you look for the Way.

I see my path in accordance with the recent New Age literature, so I would put myself in the spirituality camp; I use the word 'religion' sparingly in my writings. Yet, spirituality only describes the interest and curiosity into the 'beyond'; once you are there, once you are connected, you really become religious. The word religion is derived from the root 'to tie' - the Tao traveler is literally tied to the Tao. 

I once came up with the car wash comparison. All I do in my writings is to let you know that you will soon hear a click if you steer a few more meters into that direction. And once you hear that click, a very powerful Force will connect with you. After that experience you will never let go again.
