The Journey Home

When we walk on spiritual path there is a good chance that at some point we will think that we are better than others. Well, who do you think is talking? It is your ego, isn't it? The ego wants to be better than others; the ego wants to stand out. Well, there is nothing that you can do about it other than observing your ego in action. Just observe this motivation in yourself and accept that it will pop up occasionally; just let it be and be aware of it.

We are all equal, we are all the children of God. Eventually, we will all have the same spiritual awareness and eventually, we will all be a bearer of light. It is just a matter  of timing. As they say, every saint has a past, just as every sinner has a future. Everyone, no matter how developed, will have distractions at times and will go through a dark tunnel. However God plans every thing well. When I am out of touch with my divine energy, my sister will come along to lift me up. God is always present and you can see Him always as long you say yes to love.

When we are experiencing the low, we tend to think that God has deserted us, and when we are experiencing a high, we tend to think we are better than anyone else. Either thinking is just that, thinking. A story made up by the mind!

We are here for each other. It is our spiritual mission to help others, just as we will be raised when we are down. God is fair to everyone. As a matter of fact, we are all one. Every low has a purpose, just as every high. Those are life's little wiggles to help us remove our ego clothes.

The Course of Miracle had the mental picture of us forming a giant chain of spiritual siblings, with a force that propels the siblings at the end of the chain towards the Source. Your turn will come without doubt. This lifting will continue until the last of us has returned Home.

I am divine as you are, just as I am a sinner as you are. What matters is that we are together at this holy moment and that spurned on by each other's presence, we march Home happily.
