Have you ever observed destructive and violent moments? Where exactly are they coming from? Triggered by something, you suddenly have that urge to take this anger out at yourself or others. Can you perhaps link your personal misfortunes or some recent illnesses to these negative energy fields? Try just to be aware in this short period and you can learn so much about yourself. What exactly triggers the outburst? Has perhaps negative energy been building up for some time? Is there something you can do about it, or is it perhaps caused by forces that are beyond you at the present time?
A spiritual path is a dawn of freedom. An experienced spiritual traveler doesn't experience "accidents" anymore. We are not immune to illnesses ourselves, but we know what personal message they have for us and immediately reposition ourselves. A spiritual traveler is on a mission to take out all randomness. With a perfect openness towards life, every encounter and every situation is considered to be meaningful. It is a process to get to that stage but the speed of getting there is definitely under your control. Do not condemn negative energy fields and don't be scared either. See them for what they are, an opportunity to learn the auto-pilot inside and to get rid of some repressed negative stuff.
A spiritual path is a self-empowerment course. You detach yourself from the yin and yang of life not because you will yourself to do it in the name of spirituality, but because an observer inside of you suddenly kicks in. Truth of the matter is that studying your personality interacting with life is fascinating to watch independent of whether you are climbing a hill or are descending into a valley. They say curiosity kills the cat - well, we couldn't disagree more. Curiosity will grow with every step along the Way because you are part of the biggest Hollywood epic ever written - your return to freedom.
