Waking Up to a Happy Day

It probably happened to you too that you experienced a nightmare, almost scared yourself to death in it, but then woke up to the realization that it was nothing but a bad dream. What a relief! The same actually holds true for your day to day problems. As you step back from the problems you suddenly realize that the demons you are fighting are monsters of your own making. Step away from the turbulent energy and it disappears right away.

Yes, in our daily life we need to deal with many issues, emotions, changes, fears and self-imposed limits. We get scared and lose confidence as we recognize old-familiar problem statements or anticipate insurmountable obstacles before us. Yet it is the negative thoughts and emotions that shut us down; the moment we stand ready to face life, the fog disappears. Learn the ability to step away from the problem at hand and gather your confidence that these issues are just there to help you find your Self. As you do that you will see that you are in a beautiful garden where you have seen concrete before, and as a matter of fact, always have been.  Just like in your nightmares, you are not in any dangerous situations, you are safely slumbering in your bed.

Christian used to have recurring nightmares when he was young. At one point his brain registered as he experienced them and he woke up within the dream. Lucid dreaming is a lot of fun, and you too have the ability to wake up - even from so-called reality. Wake up from your self-imposed limits and let life show you Heaven on earth. Enjoy!
