I saw today a colleague presenting to an internal audience, giving them advice about their careers. And as he was speaking I had a flashback of a meeting we had some fourteen years ago when I was struggling in my career. After I had told him all about my struggles at that time, he looked at me and said, "Christian, if your career was a stock, I would be buying right now."
